AAVEG Pressurized Hot Air Roaster is very innovative solution with 4 Way Quality Control for multiple product output. User friendly operation with options like Roasting, Popping, Puffing & Drying. Useful for extruded products Puffcorn Kurkura, Cheetos, Niknak, Corn stick, Popcorn, Cornflakes, Puff Rice (Murmura), Soaked Cereals, Foxnut (Makhana), Peanut, Almond, Cashew Nut, Snack Pellets, Chickpeas, Sago, Popped chips Spices etc.

AAVEG Continuous Fryers for Snack Pellets, Potato Chips & Savory has unique features to keep excellent taste of output product, low oil content & better shelf life. Dynamic Seasoning (Loss in Weight) give uniform & accurate seasoning. AAVEG commitment to provide maintenance free frying lines.

Batch Frying continuous process can be achieved by Drum Wheel Fryer for Snack Pellets up to 300 kg per hour output.

An Electrical Engineer by education, started manufacturing of Electrical Power & Automation panel in 1996. In 26 years completed so many projects like MAN pipes, Surya pipes, Tata International, Volvo Eicher , SRF, Nicholas, Bombay Hospital etc. We have served all kind of Industies, steel, Oil refinery, textile, pharma etc etc. Even we have done Mall project as well almost 350 Mcdonalds outlet & almost all BBQ & ABbq stores.

In 1996 Food Process Automation was a need of time & hence started making such automation panels & supplied to Haldiram, Balaji & many more through Wintech Taparia, also did export.

Being a food process automation expert, 4 years back started manufacturing Food Process machines with brand name AAVEG Food Machines. To design & develop machines by own knowledge & experience is our hobby and not by copying. Now we have clients like Haldiram, Kanti sweets, Gujarat Foods, Isha Snacks, Alisha Snacks & many more good names.

In Indian subcontinent, preparation of any food is bit different than other countries. During designing of any machine, we always focus on this point. We develop machines which can compete to any multinational brands & at the same time cost effective, energy efficient & good product output.
